ROSE ESSENTIAL OIL DILUTION
INSTRUCTIONS / DESCRIPTION:
Diluting your essential oils not only helps to protect your wellbeing, it can also save you money. 1 ml rose otto costs about 30 €.
The chemical composition of rose oil is one of the most complex and contains more than 300 known compounds.
Rose essential oils are very strong and must be diluted (usually in a carrier oil) or incorporated into a finished product such as a massage oil, lotion, or aroma spray. Whether diluting an essential oil or adding it to a finished product, the oil content should only account for 1 to 2% of the total blend.
The rose essence has a very strong odor, but is pleasant when diluted.
Rose essential oil is diluted 1: 5. For example 10 ml carrier oil and 2 – 3 drops of rose essential oil. This is quite a strong and rich mixture. Usually this mixture used (drops principle) in other oils, lotions, body scrubs, baths or room aromatisation.
This mixture (rose otto and carrier oil) following proportions are :
Room evaporation: 2 – 5 drops of 15 square meters in the room
Bath: 3 – 5 drops
Leg, arm bath: 2 – 4 drops
Massage: 5 drops of 15 g of base oil
To calm the nervous system: massaging vegetable oil (preferably jojoba oil) and the mixture rose halibut along the spine, at the solar plexus, feet
Cosmetic enrichment: 5 drops of 15 g of the base.

Mostly rose otto diluted with jojoba oil, because the oil does not add its own smell. In addition jojoba oil is more wax than oil, which is similar to our body fat naturally. It is a long – term carrier oil.
