INSTRUCTIONS / DESCRIPTION:

Turmeric originated in India and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to treat various health issues. It works as an incredible antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory benefits.

The active compound in turmeric is curcumin that boasts anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, brain supporting, heart disease fighting, cancer preventing, alzheimers treating, depression lifting, age defying properties.

Black Pepper to cure illness such as constipation, diarrhoea, earache, gangrene, heart disease, hernia, hoarseness, indigestion, insect bites, insomnia, joint pain, liver problems, lung disease, oral abscesses, sunburn, tooth decay, and toothaches.

Piperine is under study for its potential to increase absorption of selenium, vitamin B, beta-carotene and curcumin as well as other nutrients.As a folk medicine, pepper appears in the Buddhist Samaññaphala Sutra, chapter five, as one of the few medicines allowed to be carried by a monk.

Golden Milk is perfect for anyone who has pain, arthritis, joint pain and for those who do a lot of exercise. Its perfect for yoga, sports people and make  this drink for pregnant ladies, elderly  people who have pain and children  going through growth spurts, This a beautiful recovery drink when you have a low appetite and need some good bone food.

At this stage we will produce a paste – masala which can be used with soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, raw milk.

How to make golden milk base masala :

Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan and mix well. Turn the heat to medium high and stir constantly until the mixture is a thick paste. This does not take long so don’t walk away from the pan (about 7 min). Mixing all the times this mixture.

Let this mixture cool and then keep it in a small jar in the fridge. Use this mixture in two weeks (After two weeks, the water will evaporate and spices becomes stiff mass. I did not notice any rotting accents).
